Replacing the Vans RV-4 empennage fairing

Having rejected (like many others) the fairing supplied by Vans for my RV-4 build, I looked to Fairings Etc, who I have used before, to provide a much better product.

It is early days, but it's here and clearly has great potential for a very good fit to my RV-4.

Show Quality Fairing

Fairings can be finnicky, but this one wasn't. It fit pretty much perfectly right out of the box and all I had to do was trim it to my desired shape and alignment for my particular RV-8. Huge time saver and I think it looks amazing! I particularly found the transparent nature of the fairing helpful for aligning and drilling for attachment screw holes.
