Fairings-etc. was originally founded by Bob Snedaker, a respected innovator whose work helped define aerodynamic improvements for experimental aircraft. His designs and forward-thinking approach laid the groundwork for what would become a trusted name among builders and pilots.
The company was later acquired and advanced by Steve Barnes, who continued the product line and strengthening Fairings-etc.’s reputation for quality and performance.
Today, as the current owner, we are proud to carry that legacy forward—preserving the proven designs that builders rely on while continuing to expand and improve the product line for modern aircraft.
Performance Propeller: A Generational Craft
Performance Propeller was founded through the combined vision and dedication of Clark Lydick and Margie Warnke, whose passion for propeller design and performance established a strong and lasting foundation for the company.
That foundation was carried forward through a remarkable lineage:
- Frank Johnson, who continued developing and refining the designs
- Matt & Dom Flamini, who upheld the company’s commitment to quality and customer service
- And now, entrusted to us to continue that tradition
Each transition represents more than a change in ownership—it represents the passing of knowledge, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to the aviation community.
